I see that your method is about the Lat, my method to detect precursors is different, I'm just like a sismograph ( the papier on which the Earth writes ), and just because I live in Italy it is easier for me to detect the nearest precursors.
Obviously, I perceive also well the precursors regarding areas around Italy but not having many data in archive I cannot do predictions for these areas yet.
