I couldn't agree more. PETRA PLEASE STAY and JOAN PLEASE CHILL OUT. Being a scientist, I have ejoyed reading and getting to know Petra for the past eight years. Petra has many great qualities. I for one think Don and Petra make a good team for earthquake predictions. I will truly miss Petra's comments about everything and anything. She always had something to say.
By the way Jane - what kind of conference did you go to? anything to do with earthquakes or science? if so - it would be great to hear about it.

When I read that Petra was in the hospital - I stopped everything I was doing and called the hospital. I would have taken the first flight up to help her.
If Don wouldn't have posted (thank you Don :-)) None of us would have known.
