Folks on this forum might be interested in a CD-ROM that the Smithsonian put out using programs I wrote. The programs I use to evaluate earthquake predictions are either on this CD-ROM or are available from my Web site (www.geol.binghamton.edu/faculty/jones) in the SeisVolE.exe self-expanding file. (It's not trivial using them; I'm just pointing out that they are in the public domain -- not some secret hidden away.)
