I did not know they had become THAT bad. I think the last big flood was in 1998 or so. I did read that a 500 year flood would over-run many of the levees. I guess there are too many variables to ask what mag quake would take them to liquefaction. Obviously, whatever magnitude that is, it is less than in 1967 when they were fairly intact.
