Lets see if I can give this a go...

First - the first map shown and the arrows shows the speed/velocity of the movement of the land and in which direction is moving.

If you click on an individual station - ou then see 3 values - North - East and Up

so i picked the WD42 station - the North graph is UP, the East graph is Down and the Up graph is UP (very little)

If the north is moving upwards, then that station is moving north.
If the East is moving down, then its moving that much to the west.
And if its moving up, then it is rising.....

The rest of the numbers have to do with what period of time and how much movement (feet, meters, etc)

As you can see, most of Parkfield moves in a North-westerly direction.
