Hi Mike,

I live in Aptos, just south of Santa Cruz. I can tell you that all of Hwy. 17 was cut off, and Hwy. 1 NB and SB was opened. Anyone who wanted to get over the hill had to take Hwy. 1 to the 92 cutoff, just S. of SF.
