Offer in Compromise - John |
John, I have an offer for you which I hope you'll find acceptable. As you are aware I gave my prediction to Roger Hunter to hold, he can also evaluate it. And I thought maybe you could select a person of your choice and lay out a criteria for evaluation. We should have a moderator to make sure neither one of them are skewing the numbers in my favor or yours. I would like to select Roger Musson. He's a fair man, he's well acquainted with earthquake prediction evaluation and he understands my method quite well. None of these people can divulge the location of the earthquake, including you and you'll understand that perfectly once you see it. Though if they wish to report the statistical analysis in a way in which they will not describe this location they would be free to do so if it is in advance of the earthquake occurrence. Afterwards of course it wouldn't matter. So, there is the offer, please so advise if it would be something you are interested in pursing.
