I found this while doing a web search for articles about subduction zones. I think I put "Benioff region" into the search engine, but I do not remember for sure. I have thousands of sites booked. My question to the readership is if the basic, general information looks correct. I have no other information on the author. And I do agree that it is an expository paper.
