Luckily, I didn't have that much trouble! The biggest issue was finding an FTP program that would handle the sheer number of files associated with the message directory...

I have always liked WS_FTP - and I downloaded their new Pro version and it did the job with ease.. A number of others didn't.. Most try to load up the directory listings into memory and would just die while trying to access the mesage directory... So now I guess I need to buy it!

The perl scripts all had to be tweaked a bit for new directories and such, bit it was minimal.

I think this new host is faster as well.. the search and other scripts seem to run a bit faster! Our host is Lunarpages.com
