I'm in the same category as far as termites go.

As to ants, we haven't had the continual big swarms as we've had in the past before Northridge, but they are there in bunches now and then and we see scouts all over all the time. I am still of the opinion that a good sized quake is slowly building and that we aren't that far away from it. Its just not ready to go yet. Another possible scenario is that the solar energy that we've been getting bombarded with lately is affecting them and they're going indoors to somehow reduce their exposure to that energy.

We'll just need to keep vigilant on everything else that we monitor/watch if it is a building quake that is bothering them.
