In my part of WA, after a cool spring we are in a terrible heatwave...north of Spokane to the Canadian border. Spokane and south are getting a monsoonal flow so temps are a bit down. Here....it is fire danger-city with all things drying. I keep my lawn sprinkler on 24 hours a day. I have a 100 foot well that pumps good and creek is so far ok...It is fed by an artesian well.....In 20 years it has never gone dry...prior to that were previous owners (mostly animals;->)
Heat is a problem in many parts of the world now....I am seeing it in the news each day and water is becoming the new gold! Unless this scenario changes, I will remain very concerned about our future....Earthquakes may take a back seat to the damage we have done to earth!
