On the other hand, as an avid amateur astronomer, I would love for the conditions to take a vacation now and then. A beautiful day can turn into a pretty mucky night.

I represented an activist who, at the time, was pretty high profile. I'll withhold names. However, the group following that deal was so incredibly paranoid. They were convinced that "the government" had all of the cell phones tapped.

If people only knew, most government agencies have all they can do to meet the day to day demands of the service mission, let alone some well orchestrated conspiracy.
