Hi every one!

Before the time frame fixed I am unable to clarify your doubts in the premature level.
But.....Could you please help me for my doubt?

SUPPOSE, if a quake exceeds 9.5+M (!) is there any method to measure the magnitude correctly?

Request all to pray my reading was going to be wrong.
