The ring map is set up so I can enter one to 14 reports of ear tone people. I have to put their coordinates into the program (where they are), then select a color for their ring and enter the number of seconds their ear tone was. The idea is that when we have multiple reports we can see if the rings cross-sect/arrive at the same place from different areas.

I have been doing this manually and it is very time consuming and of course probably not as accurate as this program, nor nearly so much fun either. This only takes a couple of minutes to achieve what would have had to have been done in 30 or more minutes.

Tomorrow I'm going to take some previous reports where I did have multiple contributors and put that information into the system so I can see what it would have looked like at that time.

It is definitely a step up from where we were before.
