Unless somebody else made the prediction, and you were copy catting the prediction knowing they were really good at it. If you are using the methodology
to get hits without help, that is neither fraud nor cheating. Also your predictions do not follow large initiator events, so with Rogers definition your predictions are neither fraud nor cheating, and scientifically valid.
