As far as I know, he considers each to be an independent prediction.

But that's nothing; I have seen him make a dozen or more such predictions in one post. I have a program which plots his predicted areas on a map followed by all the quakes in his general prediction area. There are far more misses than hits.

If he used the program to pick his arewas he would have many more hits to his credit than the sun shadow is giving him.
