because I sign the real intensity of an EQ, I say that the 5.0 in question had to be such and not with the larger magnitude of completness.
Thus, I would exclude totally the 4.5 and just in the case of larger magnitude of completness, I should speak about 5.5/6.0.

Also this one is a question to resolve, having to do predictions more exact, shall I increase the mag thinking to the PDE catalog or shall I do reference to local list?

If the scientists follow usually a common list for reference, please, I need to know this one in a way to can traslate all my old data in new terms.
