Hi all;

I now have a routine to determine if a quake is inside or outside of a polygon defined by a series of geographic coordinates. I also have one to determine if a quake is within a given distance of a line defined by a series of geographic coordinates.

Harder than you might think. It's obvious to the eye but not to the computer.
