Predicting earthquake for magnitude of 3.0-5.0 30 mile radius of Santa Monica.

Unlike my previous predictions where I was 80% successful (but predicted only 1.0-2.0 quakes in HIGHLY active areas) I'm going out on a limb w/ this one.

I base my prediction on the uptick of seismic activity in the area. There have been two 3.0 quakes and now 3 micro quakes (although the 1.5 the other day was felt!) I've studied the 20 year past of this area and on 3 occasions (1994, 2001 and 1979) this activity led to a bigger quake. However I am very aware these swarms have happened many times without a bigger quake. So we'll see if statistically speaking when reaching into the hat if I pull up the winning ticket and that ticket is for a 3.0-5.0 quake.
