Severe?

All I ask is that what is predicted HAPPENS.

A hit has to be where you say, when you say and as big as you say.

Close enough doesn't cut it. You have that chance when you give a range.

Some, like Shan, give a range but don't really mean it. When he says 4-5 mag he really means 3-6 mag. That's ok if we know in advance. Berkland does the same with his dartboard method.

But when someone says east of Honshu is close enough to a China Sea prediction, that won't fly with me.
