Guess so...would keep everyone squeeky boy scout honest...either it hits in your window or not...hit the minimum mag or not...falls within the coords and radius or not...

Else, everyone spends an eternity arguing over rings, bulleyes, chances, close misses and credit, what was predicted, etc...as we've been doing the last few years...

Sometimes the answer is to keep it simple and concrete and unforgiving...problem is...most people wan't wiggle room...to do exactly what we don't like when evaluation is done...
