EEG

Chris,

I vaguely remember the discussion we were having and I think I mentioned at the time if there was some kind of test to see if people who hear ear tones are different in any way, it might be possible to see that in an Electro Encephelogram EEG test; but I find that doubtful really. I think one would have to be hearing an ear tone during the test for it to record anything of value. When they are done you have to be totally still and even opening your eyes during the time causes problems during the test.

The reason I know about this test is that when my son was in kindergarten he was over-sprayed by a company putting chemicals on the lawn next to the play yard. He had a seizure and for more than a year they thought he had epilepsy. Eventually it was proven that the chemicals were the problem, but in the interim they did the EEG tests looking for epileptic conditions.

Please accept my apologies for not catching the humor.
