I'm getting there.

Currently the program plots quakes in sequence and the color of the map border line and quake dot tell if a window was open or closed.

Next I'll add running tallies below the map for window days, non-window days, hits and misses.

It's running at 20 ms per day so it looks like a blinking neon sign!
