Glen...can you be (much) more specific than "He has been predicting this quake"?
I have not been paying close attention to Shan's predictions...is there something better than what Petra posted at the head of this thread? Or, have you paid close enough attention to know that his predictions in September, although far off in location, were related? Why?
I don't have time or inclination to do this myself...that is why I asked for the map...which I don't really expect anyone to do...although Shan could...
