Hi Beth and Canie,

I've known Frank for a couple of years and am very proud of his work. He does a pretty good job and had Hector Mines right on the button, but just like everyone else, he isn't right all of the time, but as he keeps studying the data he keeps learning how to refine his predictions.

However, as he has had some success, if we take that information and put it with the other data, then its possible a little edge may be had in time on this potential earthquake. As I have few contacts in the Southern CA area, I'd love to know what the lost animal count is and if there any other anomolies occuring that would make me feel more certain it was more likely to happen than not.
