Yesterday, Leland Elder posted a prediction for Ca./Nev on another board.

Off list, I asked him if he meant all of Ca, as I didn't "feel" anything for our area. (We are both near Santa Cruz.)

He wrote back and said his best estimate was 36N X 117W.

Overnight, there were 5 EQ above 3, and one above 4 at these coordinates.

Leland bases his predictions on weather phenomena, and I'm amazed at his accuracy rate.

Would I care if his name were "Carlo Podliescinski?" (wink, wink)
