You know the program "best fit" or "better fit"? Is that a program you developed or it software that can be purchased? If its the latter how might I acquire it?

I think I'd be interested in toying around with something like that. It seems like one could focus on an area of current interest and put the parameters into the program and see what works best. That is, if I'm comprehending correctly what the program will do.
