Re: editing messages-Brian |
"When I edit my posts I don't cheat with the outcome." Yet another example of you reading whatI say and thinking I said something else. I am NOT accusing YOU of cheating. I simply used your post as an example as it was the first time I noticed the remark on a post on EEC as being edited. My point is simple: Can I trust a post that is a prediction when I see a remark that it has been edited? No I can't. Not without seeing what the edit was. I don't care WHO makes the post/edit. The issue is the same. You cannot trust a posted prediction knowing it has been edited without a clear record of HOW it was edited. It was obviously a poor choice on my part to use your message as the example. When I saw your post, I should have tried looking for someone elses post that was edited to use as the example.
