Todd...for M1.2 or 1.5 quakes there is liable to be variable coverage around California...they are probably too small to be located and put in catalogues in some parts of California...I know some are on the lists, but I think it unlikely that any regional list be complete. Also...in many parts of California quakes that small should be happening all the time within a 30 mile radius....certainly Hollister should have this every day.
