You know it is just as difficult to predict a small earthquake as a large one in regard to magnitude, but I always thought the small one's were like practicing for the larger one's. Even Jordan has an exercise for his group when he asks them to pick a 2.0 quake-a-day. The results were not fabulous, but not bad either.

Practice makes perfect.... so maybe that's where we are. Just a thought..
