Thanks for your good wishes for my recovery. Having slept all evening, now I'm wide awake thanks to the neighbors setting off cherry bombs. Ah well, tis the season.

I think one would say I have my ears open to the underground railway and right now no one's saying anything which indicates any area of elevated concern. That's the interesting thing about earthquakes though, is that at a moments notice a whopper can show up and half of the people will say they knew it was coming and the rest are dumbfounded.

There are no dumb questions and I hope you'll free feel to ask all you like. I think most people who visit here walk away with level of greater understanding and the archives of this site offer volumes of information that can be secured by a simple search.
