Jones&Hauksson say cross fault

The link says quake was on cross fault...NE-SW left-lateral nodal plane. This does not explain why the aftershocks on the SCEC map are lined up the other way...
The M6.6 Superstition Hills quake in the last 80s was preceded by 1/2 day by a M6.2 left-lateral quake on the Elmore Ranch cross fault....
