Hi all ! If yesterday diffused sunlight reading taken were correct I suspect around 8.5 to 9M quake over NIAS REGION, INDONESIA (0.85N 97.36E) - SOUTHWEST OF SUMATRA, INDONESIA (6.20S 103.12E) (Probability 60%) NORTHERN XINJIANG, CHINA (42.21N 83.70E) - KASHMIR-XINJIANG BORDER REGION (35.40N 78.17E) BAY OF BENGAL (16.2N 93.0E) (Probability 40%) may occur within 48 to 180 hours from 04.30 UTC on 22nd May 2005 with usual +/- 3 degree in magnitude and +/- 1M in magnitude. Note: Experts may get irritated for too many locations given but it is due to lack of proper sunlight at my end. If the magnitude reaches as expected, tsunami chances cannot be ruled out as like in Dec.26, 2004 quake. I suspect the cause of the quake mainly due to slippage of the moon from its alignment with earth and sun. But it is only possible if the yesterday diffused sunlight reading must be right, which is very essential to fix the magnitude. Shan
