Hi Don, Thanks for the map. I have no doubt what-so-ever that one day near the San Gabriel mountains on the Santa Monica fault they are going to either get a 7 or something very close to it. Look for the quake in the winter when its colder than normal, but not raining. As for the coastal shove, if there was a large event off shore or several moderate events who knows what might happen. Or if Baja has a 5.0 or greater near Lazaro Cardenas that might do it as well. There's enough good reason now to understand it won't wait forever. I had a beautiful raccoon on my back porch tonight. They always hear me walking across the floor and when I look out the window they are always looking up at me with those cute dark eyes. They are such marvelous creatures.
