The Pacific Section AAPG and the Cordilleran Section GSA are having a joint meeting in San Jose...April 29-May 1...with field trips before and after. There are a LOT of talks on Bay area and central California geology/faulting. I really should be there, but can't be ($ and time...have to work on proposals through May, or I don't get paid next year, not even the 50% I have been getting the last couple years).
