Heads Up Southland Folks?? |
Hi All, Here's a great earthquake map from U.C. San Diego. I hope you'll take note of the 3 4.0+ quakes which occurred today in a nice neat little line, right up the Baja Peninsula. For those who are not aware, most of the quakes in Baja down that way occur on the lower extension of the SAF in the water, not on land as they occurred today. So who knows what this means? Could be that there is a path being layed to Southern CA or perhaps we can expect something larger in Baja which would be felt in very Southern CA. Baja is no stranger to 5's, 6's and 7's as well. So mi amigo's down south, this is not a prediction...it's a check your earthquake kit note. Petra
