Agreed Don. We all have our ways of predicting EQ's, or our interpretations about how other people do it. But there is no escaping the fact that California
is not prepared for a major seismic event. Our infrastructure is already falling
to pieces because of an onslaught of migration, legal and otherwise. I am not
sure how else to explain it; it will be a calamity.
