At 9 AM eastern the linear rain band is gone but the linear cloud is still there...except it is moving towards San Diego along with the cold front. If it had stayed stationary it might have been strange....but moving along with front it only looks a little unusual. I think the clouds flagged by others as "earthquake clouds" may be isolated and linear....this one is linear but not isolated. OK, enough from me on this.
