Freedom of speech does not give anyone the right to post off-topic posts in this area of the internet.

As I said in my last post:
I understand the human need to discuss other things occasionally and I don't protest others talking a bit about their personal lives as a comment within an earthquake/earthchanges post but I have to draw the line at totally off-topic postings -

If you want to soley discuss personal problems it is best done elsewhere - I know we have a sort of 'family' here - and I'm not saying that you can't add a bit to an on-topic post, but our intention is Earthquake Prediction and other earthchanges subjects.

You just can't believe the number of posts I get from people complaining about all the off-topic posts.

If the concensus is to allow any posts here that anyone cares to post - I'll open it back up to the world and quit worrying about the results - no more passwords - no more monitoring - is that what everyone wants ? You can either put your comments here or e-mail me privately at canie@basicso.com
