For record keeping purposes I can't keep two sets of records, one for here and one for there. So if you want to be "group counted" you need to report via e-mail with the rest of us.

Just as a thought, knowing general area's should tell you a lot. How often do quakes occur on shore in Southern, Oregon? Rarely. So you had about two choices, Lakeview, Oregon or off shore. Off shore has considerably more than on-shore, so by chance, as easy guess is off-shore.

If you have the chance, get a road atlas for California. Use the distance gauge on the map and draw circles every 40 miles out from your home. Once you've drawn the circles, write the seconds where it doesn't cover anything and count your seconds across the circles. It should be obvious at first where quakes never happen, thus it narrows down the field.
