Petra-...please put the link to the deep earth energy here, or whatever it was. I'd like to know more about that (John?). I would not read John's email to say that you absolutely cannot participate in whatever it is that SCEC is doing. But, that they would not be very interested in what you have now....and I agree. I suggested that you build up another year of carefully posted predictions, but so far I have not seen any....just an unclear "housewife's" post that muddied the waters for you. Tom Jordan is the Director of SCEC and has to deal with 300 participants of SCEC, including me. There are group leaders or some such thing to deal with the different science areas, and John V is one of these. You need to build up a longer and more carefully done prediction record and perhaps John (and I) will become convinced that your methods deserve a closer look. I'm at least interested....which is saying a lot for something that does not seem logical to me. You can also talk to physicists and perhaps other amateur scientists to try and figure out what you are hearing and how to measure it. Once you measure it, it becomes a lot more interesting to SCEC....which is physics-based.
