It just means my right ear.

I had virtually the same tone this morning at 2 am. Same deep pitch. Same ear. Same duration. It woke me up.

Now, I'm not saying what I hear is related to earthquake activity. In fact, it seems rather impossible to "hear" something going on underground hundreds of miles away. But then, there are a lot of things that are unexplanable. I just post these tones in hope that someone else can make some sense of them.
