Re: San Jose L/F tilting higher |
Hi Logan, I've been looking and thinking about these readings for a couple of days and the only thing that comes to me is that if pressure is coming in from the West of the Golden Gate Bridge (sea floor spreading) then it could explain why the E. Presidio meter is suddenly active, also if the pressure continues inland straight in from the bridge is Berkeley. Just taking a wild guess, my two pick places would be Richmond that hasn't had any quakes of late and El Cerrito that had the 4.2 in December of '98. I don't know how many miles it takes animals to pick up those sensory warnings, so it would be difficult to think that if something is happening in the north area that they would be affected in San Jose, unless it was a 5.0 or greater. I just don't know much about animals. Its difficult to assess something you've never seen before, so its a toss up as to what might happen, but it seems as though something is going to. Its got me stumped. Pat Follow Ups: ● Re: San Jose L/F tilting higher - Diane 07:34:41 - 1/29/2000 (2457) (0) |
