John, others (Petra, Cathryn, Don, Roger and others who have been posting questions and information the last week).

Would it be a good idea and interesting to co-write a letter or commentary to EOS (AGU) on media coverage and mis-coverage? And, that we do it, and its editing, here at earthwaves. And, that we make use of information and questions and comments that other post here on the approprate threads. That we include John, me, an amateur scientist who knows a lot about earthquakes (say, Petra or Don), a student (say, Canie), and a non-scientist who is just interested in earthquakes (this could be Petra, Cathryn, others). Hmm....Roger would be in the scientist category.
I'll start the letter once I hear if there is interest in doing it here.
