Restless Can't sleep and ear noise.

I am very restless and can't sleep am tired but ear noise very loud left ear--right ear noise normal. Lets see what happens next couple hours and where it happened. Time of message at post.
Ear noise began 2-3 hours ago heard but was busy so ignored. Time noise began again 2 UTC January 26, 2000 this intensity. There is pain this time I never have pain.
