Hi Guys. Thanks a bunch. In order to predict a quake of this magnitude you have to know how much stress is in the area and how close it is to breaking. It doesn’t matter how many affects you have or what kind they are. If there isn’t sufficient stress and it isn’t close to breaking you’re not going to have a quake. Take Care…Don in creepy town
