Chris, You definitely have conviction in your heart and that's what it takes to promote positive changes. If you don't tell someone something is wrong, they won't know and will likely repeat the error. They also don't know how professional people feel about these errors and in this case, good reporting could have possibly saved the lives of at least 100 (a very modest figure) if the word got out. Now you know how motivated I felt when I went to Sacramento to speak to the legislature. With a heart that cares for someone else.
