According to the rules one had to select places along the 103° line and Canie was the only one who selected a place along that line that had a 5.0 quake:

Cathryn did not qualify because her entry was not along that line, but a second close mention should go to Roger for his selection of Arequipa, Peru. Its not to far from Antofagasto, Chili. Arequipa is the name of cities in both Peru and the Andes.

I think Lowell pointed out to us that FFA's tend to arrive in weird places and I found several times this week I had to check out some of the places listed at the NEIC I'd never heard of before.
