Purely amateur prediction for the Ventura area. Looking for quake of 4.0-6.0 from now till 31st. Within 30 mile radius of the 3.4 tonight.

Reason: An area of high slip rate and little moderate to large activity last 50 years. The 3.4 looks like a total stand alone. Reminds me of the foreshocks before Hector Mine. I view the 3.4 as a precursor.
