If off of Washington Oregon Border it will be on the Juan De Fuca Ridge, which is between the recent Activity Vancouver Island and off the coast of Oregon. (Axial underwater volcano)
There may be a quake with a magnitude of 4.0 or greater closer to the coast of Oregon, on the other fault. Regarding the quake or Volcano in Washington, it will happen in the area of 45.31N-49.13N and 120.22W-122.77W. Magnitude probably 4.5 or greater. Volcano Mount Hood.
